Construction Review
Development plans for Eastgate Commerce Center, a US$ 1bn industrial park in eastern Independence of Kansas city, were recently approved by the Independence City Council. The project will involve the redevelopment of over 1,200 acres of farmland located off of Little Blue Parkway into an industrial park.

As some Washington County property owners prepare for higher appraised values with notices going out later this month, the appraisal district continues to wait on the outcome of its appeal of certain values being classified as “invalid” by the state due to being too low.


Once again, Denton County homeowners are angry. Their appraisal district is in turmoil
