Hawkins Way Capital and Värde Partners filed a project notification form with the Boston Planning & Development Agency to permanently convert 250K SF of the 1.1M SF hotel. Tarrant County commissioners unanimously requested Tarrant's chief appraiser Jeff Law be removed after a vote of no confidence following renewed calls for a new head of agency. Commissioners delivered a message to the Tarrant Appraisal District board of directors: implement change in the way the agency is managed.
