Stephen Brusniak

Stephen Brusniak is a lifelong resident of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and holds a Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant license. After graduating from the Cistercian Preparatory School in Irving, he attended Colgate University and The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating with a degree in International Business.

He had an extended real estate brokerage career with Henry S. Miller Commercial, working with the International Group and the Land and Investments Division. This provided him with the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest brokers and developers in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, principally handling land assemblage and developments.

Stephen transitioned from commercial real estate brokerage to property taxpayer representation. Prior to joining Brusniak Turner as the Director of Property Tax Services, he worked with several respected property tax firms handling complex property tax matters for local, regional, national and Fortune 500 companies with portfolios across Texas and several adjoining states.

Stephen has made public presentations to lawyers and real estate professionals alike, discussing market trends from a property tax perspective. He is a member of the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association (TTARA). He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Stephen has coached youth softball and baseball. He also started an online gaming community which has grown into a small network, hosting servers for several massive multi-player online games. He likens managing this community of gamers to herding cats.
