Rebound for Multifamily Rents on the Horizon in Dallas-Fort Worth

The latest monthly rent growth results show early improvement in Dallas-Fort Worth with two months of essentially flat results. That's a stark change from six consecutive monthly rent cuts reported last year. Annually, rent performances remain negative at 1.2% through early March as heavy supply weighs on fast-growing neighborhoods across the market.
